• Dates in the Midwest are exclusive to major cities such as Chicago and Detroit.
• Relatively high amount of presence in South America, especially along Brazil’s southern coast.
• Dates in the UK are scattered but especially focused on in London and the southeastern corner.
• Paris, western Germany, and Brussels are also points of major concentration.
• Relatively high number of performances along the coast of the Iberian Peninsula.
